Appointment Changes & Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% is charged.
Running Late / No Show Policy
If you are late for your session, we will still need to finish at the original appointed time as I may have another client to see after your session.
There are no refunds if you do not show up for your appointment/session.
Payment
Payment (or a deposit payment) is generally processed online at the time of your booking. If your payment was not processed at the time of your booking, payment will be processed against your nominated card on the day of your scheduled appointment.
